This Pitbull concert gave me a night I will never forget. As soon as I walked into the venue, it felt like I stepped into a party. The place was full, and everyone was having a great time. The opening act was a DJ that brought the amazing end of the year vibes! There were people of all ages and the jumbotron even captured fans that were dressed just like Pitbull.

As we anticipated for Pitbull’s arrival, everybody got their cameras out. When he finally appeared, the strength of the applause made the ground shake. Pitbull and his dancers came out with lots of energy that I could feel from my seat. The performance was amazing from start to finish. He made everyone in the audience feel seen. He danced and the audience danced with him, which made this concert so much fun. I felt like I was transported to the past and the little girl version of me felt very happy.

I knew all the songs, so it was very fun to sing along. He sang songs like “Hotel Room Service,” “I Like It,” “International Love,” “Timber,” “Give Me Everything,” and many others. He made a few costume changes that made the concert even more exciting. During the costume changes, the DJ made sure to keep the energy up and played songs that had us feeling like we were at a party. Pitbull also took breaks to talk to us and encourage us for the upcoming new year. His words resonate with me like when he talks about music uniting the world and being a language that we all understand. He also talked about how he never graduated high school, so he built schools around the country, and they have a 100% graduation rate.

This was the most fun I had ever had at a concert before, so I was sad that it had to end, but Pitbull made sure to wrap it all up with a bang. He ended the concert with a performance of his song “Fireball.” It was amazing because everyone was happy, and confetti was everywhere. It was such a wonderful ending to the night.

I most definitely want to go to another Pitbull concert and to more concerts at Mohegan Sun because I had a really great time.
